Motivations

"Motivations" takes place each morning before classes and aids in the process of self-transformation. "Motivations" reinforces self-esteem and enhances participants' focus on achieving positive goals for themselves and their families. "Motivations" might include songs, prayers, inspirational anecdotes or poems. This exercise is strictly non-denominational and does not require a certain belief system in order to be effective.
