Performance Updates
To stay true to our outcomes, we continually assess the effectiveness of our program by measuring our ability to meet the needs of two customer groups: our communities who seek safe, clean and vibrant neighborhoods within which to raise their families and our interns who seek to develop their skills so they may secure and sustain permanent jobs. We believe in setting the bar high for quality of outcomes, and we believe in true transparency in our results. And we have found, over the years, that the best way to succintly deliver that information is through performance dashboards. We invite you to review and ask questions about the enclosed; and we look forward to working with you to help improve these outcomes even further in the coming years.
