We Do the Numbers
To ensure that we steward our mission with care, we use tangible metrics to evaluate our effectiveness. We measure customer satisfaction through regular checkpoints with our customers, as well as surveys to assess business owner and resident feedback before and 90 days after Cleanslate arrives. We measure total productivity in bags of trash and recyclabes removed from the streetscape, in blocks of snow plowed, in trees and lawns trimed, and in homes preserved. And we publish our results to our stakeholders regularly, to be transparent about our outcomes and to maintain a high bar for results.
