The Numbers

Metrics are as much a part of our brand as are our ‘Motivations’. We measure our success in streetscapes cleaned, homes preserved, and communities transformed.

Beyond the Numbers

Certainly, the numbers tell us a story, but they don’t necessarily give us a voice. Look beyond the numbers and into the stories of transformation at Cleanslate.

Benefits to Your Organization

Cleanslate interns proudly share a moment with Mayor Daley.
You can't help but notice us. (Not just because of our bright shirts, but also because of our fast and friendly service.)

Beyond the numbers, beyond the awards, we celebrate the people and the partnerships without whom this mission would not sing.

We Do the Numbers

To ensure that we steward our mission with care, we use tangible metrics to evaluate our effectiveness.  We measure customer satisfaction through regular checkpoints with our customers, as well as surveys to assess business owner and resident feedback before and 90 days after Cleanslate arrives.  We measure total productivity in bags of trash and recyclables removed from the streets, in blocks of snow plowed, in trees and lawns trimmed, and in homes preserved.  And we publish our results to our stakeholders regularly, to be transparent about our outcomes and to maintain a high bar for results.
